Satelite Beam is one of the two Killstreaks used by Elite class.

Satelite Beam fires blue lasers from the sky which, after a short delay, instantly Freeze all enemies in the game. This Killstreak is generally considered superior to Death Ray as the immobilization from Freeze is far more useful than the insignificant damage that Fire deals.
