Unhealthy is a flaw.
Soldiers with this flaw never automatically regenerate health when it's low. It is one of the most dangerous flaws in the game.
Soldiers with this flaw have a big disadvantage: you can't hide in cover and regenerate to quickly come back to the battle, and if you play battles on maps without health pick-ups you can never restore health unless Medic from your squad gives it to you through Rapid Regen and Healing Aura abilities. Squadmates with this flaw usually have big amount of deaths.
A Gunslinger, Sanchez has this flaw.

- This is the second flaw you can experience, after Loud.
- The Healthy upgrade does not counter the effects of Unhealthy whatsoever, rendering the upgrade on Unhealthy players utterly useless. Use Nanomachines or Repair Bots instead.
