Brain Magnet is one of two Sniper's traits.
It is like a small version of Aim Bot killstreak. It gives 10% chance any shot counts as a headshot, even if it's a hit on body or legs. Headshots do +45% damage. It loses effect when Aim Bot is activated, because then, all hits are headshot.
Jyn, the unique sniper, has this trait.
